The MyBuzix Page allows you access to your account billing information. After logging in you can view your current and past invoices as well as update your credit card information.

Please use our Help Desk at: http://support.buzix.com/support/ to report any problems or changes to your web site. The help desk is monitored 24 / 7. To protect your site security and for tracking and documentation we need your request in writing. Use the e-mail address on file for your account and your MyBuzix password. If you haven't yet used our new help desk, you will need to register first and have the password sent to your e-mail address.

Recurring and Automatic Billing Customers:
It is essential your credit card information is up to date. Your credit card company may have sent you a new card with a new expiration date and may have deactivated your old one if it has expired. If you have reported your old card as lost or stolen, please remember to update us with the new card information as well. Here's how to update your card:

1. Log in at: http://mybuzix.buzix.com/ using your My Buzix logins
2. Click on the credit card icon.
3. Go to bottom of next page to “Credit Card Information”
4. Go to “Use Existing Card”
5. Click the drop-down box arrow
6. Choose and click “No, Enter New Card Information Below” in the box.*
7. Enter Card Number and Expiration date then Click “Update now”
*Please Note: if the new card number is entered WITHOUT choosing “No, Enter New Card Information Below” the credit card will not update.
